Sony Is Working On A Lighter Model Of The PS5 Digital Edition

Sony is reportedly working on a new model of the PS5 Digital Edition. Co-ordinate to PSU, a new model of the PS5 Digital Edition has been referenced in a specs manual for the console on the Japanese PlayStation website. About the entirety of the transmission language is in Japanese. Only there is enough detail to pick up that Sony is working on a dissimilar model.

Based on the information in the transmission, this new version of the Digital Edition is lighter by weight. The original model that came out final year weighs 3.9kg. Whereas the ane referenced in the transmission weighs 3.6kg. A total of 300 grams lighter than the original.
